Dr. Mark A. Hicks wears many hats – author, ghostwriter, speaker, counsellor / life coach, and podcast host.
From his own toxic marriage Mark became passionate about helping others form healthier relationships, especially the one with themselves.
His passion lies in unraveling the mysteries of love and relationships, digging deep into what makes them tick. He believes that healthy relationships are the cornerstone of a fulfilling life and career, and loves sharing insights that resonate with audiences.
Mark has a Doctor of Ministry Degree, Master's degree in Mental Health Counselling, Master’s degree in Divinity, and a Bachelor's in Psychology.
As a counsellor, he's walked alongside individuals facing all sorts of challenges – addiction, divorce, family struggles, and self-improvement. And served as a minister, addiction recovery program director, radio host, and more.
Marks personal experiences are we he has poured his heart and soul into his book, "Learning Love: Building a Life That Matters and Healthy Relationships That Last." In today's world, where loneliness and conflict are pressing issues, Mark is confident his insights offer hope and guidance for all of those seeking deeper connections.
